- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
- Custom and personalized items (such as letterman jackets and custom apparel) may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

- You can track your package on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders requiring expedited or overnight shipping.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Egelhoff Sports is not responsible for:
- Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
- Carrier delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, high shipping volumes).
What to Do If Your Package Is Lost or Delayed
- Check your tracking number – Sometimes delays occur with the carrier.
- Contact the shipping carrier – They may have more information about the package’s status.

7. Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.
- If the error was on our part, we will cover the reshipping costs.
8. Local Pickup (If Available)
For customers who choose local pickup:
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- Orders must be picked up within 7 business days of notification.
- A valid photo ID or order confirmation is required at pickup.
9. Compliance with Ohio Laws
This policy complies with Ohio Revised Code 1345 – Consumer Sales Practices Act, which regulates consumer transactions and delivery expectations.
